Provides senior technical consulting for German law enforcement customers in telecommunications surveillance and lawful interception. Advises customers and internal teams on regulatory and technical requirements, translates market needs into development specifications, reviews architectures, supports implementations and troubleshooting, delivers demonstrations and training, and contributes to secure, highly available system operations. Requires strong infrastructure, DevOps, security, architecture, and customer-facing expertise, plus German and English fluency and eligibility for security clearance.

Design, develop and maintain high-performance real-time C++ services that process data at scale. Optimize performance via profiling and benchmarking, architect concurrent and parallel systems for multi-core hardware, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve CI/CD, testing and monitoring practices while collaborating across teams.

Develop and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and big-data processing solutions. Implement data flows, integrate technologies across teams, drive architecture and solution designs, and contribute to template engines and data-driven components for national security customers.
