Lead product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for a US tax-focused AI SaaS product. Build and coach product teams, partner with engineering, domain experts, and GTM to deliver compliant, scalable tax automation features (LLM/AI-enabled). Drive customer insight, prioritize backlog, ensure delivery discipline, and measure adoption and revenue impact.

Act as the People & Culture partner for Engineering and Product: shape people strategy, lead talent and performance cycles, advise on employee relations, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, drive people projects, use data to identify improvements, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the global People & Culture team to support growth.

Lead and deliver large, complex Xceptor implementations for financial services clients. Act as hands-on delivery lead owning governance, risk management, quality, and outcomes. Coach and mentor delivery teams, manage escalations, improve delivery practices, and support pre-sales to expand client engagements.
