Manage and grow a portfolio of Capital Markets accounts across Europe. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Implement Xceptor software solutions for financial-services clients from requirements gathering through go-live. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, designing and configuring solutions, building and testing workflows, managing releases, troubleshooting technical issues, demonstrating functionality, and communicating with clients, project managers, and technical teams. The role requires strong technical analysis, stakeholder communication, programming and database experience, XML skills, and familiarity with on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid deployments.

Lead Product Operations and partner with the CPO on product strategy, operating model, governance, portfolio management, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, KPI reporting, launch readiness, pricing input, and executive communications. Build scalable planning and decision-making frameworks, connect product performance to commercial outcomes, embed customer and market insights, develop AI-enabled operational tooling, and lead a high-performing Product Operations team.
