Optimize compute, storage, networking, and observability; support event-driven architectures; own end-to-end deployment and production reliability; implement disaster recovery and business continuity; collaborate with engineering, AI and security researchers to enable high-velocity product development.

Lead and scale XBOW's marketing across UKI, Nordics, Benelux, and France. Develop regional strategy, run events, campaigns, partner activations, localize messaging, support Sales-driven pipeline, manage budgets/vendors, and track regional metrics while collaborating with Product, Content, and Comms.

Lead the development of new product ideas and growth features in offensive cybersecurity. Collaborate with UX research and engineering to create intuitive user experiences for AI-driven products.

The Software Engineer - AI Systems will design and implement systems to coordinate LLMs, build testable software stacks, conduct research, and collaborate with team members to create AI-powered security solutions.
