Own commercial legal work, including drafting and negotiating enterprise technology agreements, SaaS licenses, partnerships, reseller arrangements, procurement contracts, and data processing agreements. Advise on AI product terms, data rights, intellectual property, cybersecurity testing permissions, liability, and risk allocation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Security, while building scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, and training. The role requires independently leading complex negotiations and supporting a growing technology startup.

Design, implement, and operate scalable, multi-cloud distributed infrastructure and core services (TypeScript, Kotlin, Go). Optimize compute, storage, networking, and observability; support event-driven architectures; own end-to-end deployment and production reliability; implement disaster recovery and business continuity; collaborate with engineering, AI and security researchers to enable high-velocity product development.

The Software Engineer - AI Systems will design and implement systems to coordinate LLMs, build testable software stacks, conduct research, and collaborate with team members to create AI-powered security solutions.
