Performs event setups, arena and athletic-space conversions, furniture moves, deliveries, building resets, cleaning, snow removal, and seasonal support. Responds to facility maintenance and operational requests, coordinates with university departments and contractors, documents work and materials, follows safety procedures, and provides front-line support to visitors and stakeholders. The role requires variable hours, including nights, weekends, shift rotations, and mandatory overtime.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for undergraduate business programs, including academic policies, advising, retention, enrollment, course scheduling, student advocacy, experiential learning, scholarships, and co-curricular initiatives. Collaborates with faculty, staff, students, families, and campus partners to support academic success, timely degree completion, and an inclusive student-centered experience.

Develop and deliver basic science curriculum for an osteopathic medical program, create and evaluate assessments, mentor and advise medical students, and contribute to college teaching and service. Faculty will specialize in physiology or pathology, with particular consideration for expertise in histopathology or pathophysiology. This is a 12-month, non-tenure-track appointment beginning in June 2027.

Lead and coordinate academic affairs for the College of Arts & Sciences: adjudicate academic probation and appeals, advise students on policies and graduation, coordinate interventions with campus partners, convene the Student Advisory Board, support strategic initiatives, and supervise pre-professional advisors.

Provide front-desk and administrative HR support including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing mail and office supplies, supporting onboarding and Workday data entry, assisting with I-9s and special projects, and maintaining confidentiality.

Provide career coaching and programming, support career readiness competencies and vocational discernment, coordinate experiential learning and on-campus/virtual recruiting, liaise with faculty and departments, assist diverse student populations, and collect post-graduate outcomes data.

Manage and expand high-impact experiential learning programs: develop opportunities, maintain policies and tracking, advise students on internships, liaise with faculty and external partners, and create workshops and reports.

Provide individualized academic advising for 200+ first-year and at-risk undergraduate students. Support students on probation, assist with course selection, academic planning, and satisfactory academic progress. Collaborate with faculty and campus partners on outreach, assessment, and student success initiatives.

Recruit prospective students across an assigned territory through high school visits, college fairs, and events; build relationships with students, families, and guidance staff; evaluate admissions applications; use Slate CRM to track territory performance; travel regularly and represent the university.

Manage ticket operations including training and scheduling student workers, processing orders, gameday box office support, customer sales/service, email communications, and supporting fundraising and hospitality initiatives. Primarily on-site with varied evening, weekend, and holiday hours; part-time (up to 25 hrs/week, 10-month appointment).

Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses (including online), develop and evaluate curriculum and clinical experiences, construct/assess tests, advise students, collaborate with clinical agencies, engage in scholarly activity, and serve on college and university committees.
