Provides administrative and operational support to the Leadership Studies department, including faculty and student assistance, scheduling, communications, records management, purchasing, budget documentation, event coordination, accreditation support, and office operations. Serves as a liaison among department stakeholders, university offices, students, and external partners while maintaining confidential records and responsive service.

Provides individualized academic advising to more than 200 undergraduate students, focusing on first-year, at-risk, and probationary students. Supports academic planning, course selection, registration, satisfactory progress, and student success. Develops outreach campaigns, contributes to assessment efforts, and collaborates with faculty and university offices including admissions, financial aid, career development, and student life.

Leads strategic HR business partner services across university divisions, advising senior leaders and managing HR Business Partners. Oversees employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, compensation, performance management, change management, compliance, and HR process improvement. Guides complex employee matters, supports organizational change, develops workforce strategies, and ensures consistent policy application and employment-law compliance while advancing the university’s mission and employee experience.

Provides institutional leadership for student conduct processes, including investigations, hearings, appeals, sanctions, policy maintenance, compliance, prevention programming, and conduct data reporting. Oversees conduct-related staff and campus boards, administers Maxient, manages mandatory leave processes, coordinates training, and collaborates with legal, Title IX, police, and residence life partners on community safety and university liability.

Manages external grant projects and awards, supporting faculty and staff with funding opportunities, proposal development, submissions, budgets, reporting, compliance, and audit-ready records. Coordinates with accounting and university stakeholders, administers grant funds, maintains grant systems and webpages, and provides training on grant seeking and writing. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, research, and process-management skills, with knowledge of federal grant regulations preferred.

Provides administrative, budgetary, purchasing, clerical, and event support for academic departments. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, managing e-Procurement purchases, preparing financial transaction forms, supporting hiring and reporting needs, updating websites, responding to inquiries, and assisting with course schedules. Requires strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, organization, communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.

Teach digital film and television production, writing, and theory courses; plan lectures and activities; support student success through Canvas; collaborate with university colleagues; and contribute expertise in filmmaking, screenwriting, producing, editing, audiovisual production, and film and television aesthetics.

Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses in live and online formats, including introductory, financial, managerial, and advanced accounting topics. Advise the Accounting Society, participate in university and department service, pursue professional development, and maintain active professional or scholarly engagement. The role requires commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting diverse student groups.

Teach business law courses in undergraduate and master's programs through live and online formats. Participate in department and university service, professional development, and the broader life of the institution. Maintain an active connection to business law through professional engagement, scholarly activity, or both, while supporting diverse student learning and maintaining faculty qualifications.

Teaches undergraduate and MBA marketing courses in person and online, including general marketing, capstone, and upper-division electives. Develops experiential, hands-on learning and engages diverse students. Participates in departmental and university service, professional development, and either maintains an active professional presence or conducts scholarly research consistent with AACSB standards. The position requires a master's degree, 18 graduate marketing credit hours, and at least three years of relevant professional experience.

Recruit prospective students across an assigned territory through high school visits, college fairs, and events; build relationships with students, families, and guidance staff; evaluate admissions applications; use Slate CRM to track territory performance; travel regularly and represent the university.
