Lead and oversee the Pediatrics division at a new osteopathic medical school: direct curriculum across preclinical and clinical years, serve as third-year Clinical Clerkship Director, mentor faculty and students, manage accreditation/compliance, administer budget and faculty workloads, and maintain clinical practice (~1 day/week).

Serve as primary advisor on government affairs and public policy; monitor legislation and regulatory changes; lead government funding and grant procurement; act as registered lobbyist; cultivate community and political relationships; produce policy briefs, advocacy materials, and an annual institutional impact report; manage GCR office operations and supervise interns.

Provide leadership and day-to-day advising for sorority and fraternity communities, oversee governance councils, manage budgets, policy, risk/compliance, training, events, assessment, and serve as liaison to chapters and national organizations to promote student engagement and success.
