Provides confidential administrative support to the Provost and Chief Academic Officer, managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, travel, committee records, purchasing, events, and office logistics. Coordinates with university leaders, trustees, faculty, staff, and external partners; supports academic processes, recognition activities, webpages, and special initiatives. Requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced university environment.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for undergraduate business programs, including academic policies, advising, retention, enrollment, course scheduling, student advocacy, experiential learning, scholarships, and co-curricular initiatives. Collaborates with faculty, staff, students, families, and campus partners to support academic success, timely degree completion, and an inclusive student-centered experience.

Develop and deliver basic science curriculum for an osteopathic medical program, create and evaluate assessments, mentor and advise medical students, and contribute to college teaching and service. Faculty will specialize in physiology or pathology, with particular consideration for expertise in histopathology or pathophysiology. This is a 12-month, non-tenure-track appointment beginning in June 2027.
