Maintain hotel cleanliness and guest comfort by performing general and specialized cleaning tasks, assisting with deep-clean projects, and operating cleaning equipment. Ensure high standards, work collaboratively with staff, and interact professionally with guests while handling physically demanding duties.

Support Spa Director in daily luxury spa operations. Lead and schedule staff, maintain service and cleanliness standards, handle guest feedback and service recovery, manage inventory and retail sales, assist with marketing and events, prepare performance reports, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Provide friendly, professional guest service by handling luggage, escorting guests, offering directions, and sharing knowledge of the property and local attractions. Assist with guest arrivals and departures and perform other guest service tasks as needed.
