Processes vendor invoices, payment requests, expense reports, mileage vouchers, and vendor checks. Assigns account and department codes, reconciles vendor statements, maintains accounts payable records and reports, updates accounting software, prepares spreadsheets and special reports, and files vendor 1099 forms while following organizational policies.

Provides community-based supported employment and case management services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Builds employment and education plans, conducts job development and employer outreach, coordinates with behavioral health teams, families, schools, vocational rehabilitation, and community partners, and provides follow-along support. Assists with benefits information, accommodations, treatment planning, documentation, resource linkage, group facilitation, and compliance with applicable standards.

Provide direct nursing care and crisis intervention for adults in a 24/7 behavioral health crisis stabilization center. Perform assessments, monitor vitals, administer medications (including IM), draw blood, document care, collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists, support recovery and daily functioning, participate in team meetings and training, and perform duties that support patient care and program operations.

Provide person-centered psychosocial rehabilitation and supportive interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness at a 24/7 residential site. Support daily living skills, coping, recovery-oriented relationships, group and individual skill-building, meal and household assistance, medication observation, crisis de-escalation, documentation, and collaboration with staff under House Manager supervision.

Provides psychiatric assessments, medication reviews, treatment planning, and clinical consultation. Supervises ARNPs and nursing staff, participates in utilization review, interdisciplinary treatment planning, committee work, education, and clinical supervision.
