Provide direct nursing care and crisis intervention for adults in a 24/7 behavioral health crisis stabilization center. Perform assessments, monitor vitals, administer medications (including IM), draw blood, document care, collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists, support recovery and daily functioning, participate in team meetings and training, and perform duties that support patient care and program operations.

Manage and optimize servers, desktops/laptops, network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, VPN), Active Directory, WSUS, antivirus, backups and NAS. Administer Cisco telephony (CUCM, UCCX, WxC), GPOs, and MS Visio documentation. Provide top-level support, collaborate on security and infrastructure projects, assist IT director, and participate in on-call/after-hours support.

Provide person-centered psychosocial rehabilitation and supportive interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness at a 24/7 residential site. Support daily living skills, coping, recovery-oriented relationships, group and individual skill-building, meal and household assistance, medication observation, crisis de-escalation, documentation, and collaboration with staff under House Manager supervision.
