Provides occupational therapy services under a licensed Occupational Therapist’s supervision in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Assists residents with strength, mobility, coordination, daily activities, and independence; documents treatments and progress; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams; and supports residents and families with compassionate, patient-focused care.

Provides compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and daily living activities. Monitors and records vital signs, reports condition changes, supports infection control, maintains a safe environment, and offers emotional companionship. Collaborates with nursing and healthcare staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.
