The role supports successful technology implementation and organizational adoption while managing multiple projects and staying current with change management practices.

Supports government-sector projects by assisting with planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, documentation, communication, reporting, and milestone tracking. Coordinates meetings, records decisions and action items, monitors deliverables, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, resolves resource conflicts, and identifies potential roadblocks. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in project management tools and software.

Support AI and workspace change initiatives for SMB/mid-market clients by executing change strategies, facilitating AI enablement workshops, creating adoption content, managing stakeholder engagement, and collaborating with technical teams to drive sustained LLM and Google Workspace adoption.
