Lead technical delivery of complex substation projects, develop execution and quality-control processes, mentor and manage engineering staff, coordinate multi-discipline teams, support budgeting, resource planning, change management, business development, and occasional field/client travel.

Entry-level Payroll Coordinator supporting day-to-day payroll: new hire setup in Deltek, direct deposit changes, timesheet review and posting, weekly AI-assisted timesheet audits, processing payroll transactions, maintaining employee allowances and PTO, and responding to payroll tickets.

Support municipal project design and coordination including calculations, cost estimates, plan preparation, technical reports, project scheduling and budgeting. Collaborate across disciplines, assist proposals, and may lead teams and client outreach.
