Designs and coordinates power generation engineering projects for public and private clients. Responsibilities include managing project deliverables, performing 3D modeling and engineering calculations, preparing estimates and plans, ensuring code and quality compliance, resolving design and construction issues, supporting proposals and budgets, attending client meetings, maintaining project records, and mentoring junior staff. Requires a civil engineering degree, PE license, project management experience, and proficiency with design and collaboration software.

Leads complex civil engineering designs for power generation, municipal, transportation, land development, and renewable energy projects. Oversees CAD and Revit plan production, construction documents, quality control, constructability reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, client meetings, estimates, and project planning. Develops design standards, templates, and workflows while mentoring engineering staff and supporting continuous improvement. Requires 10+ years of progressive engineering design experience and proficiency with specialized CAD, GIS, and surveying software.

Provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for a municipal engineering practice. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, financial performance, staffing, client relationships, complex infrastructure programs, budgets, contracts, risks, regulatory compliance, and business development. Leads municipal capital improvement projects, supports workforce planning, coaches staff, and develops client solutions and funding strategies. Requires extensive municipal engineering experience, professional engineer registration, and experience working with Tennessee municipalities.
