Supports PMO project delivery through performance analysis, reporting, project setup, governance, forecasting, and process improvement. Partners with project managers and leadership to review KPIs, financial performance, risks, budgets, resources, and project data. Develops dashboards and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; maintains project systems, documentation, templates, and training materials; and drives improvements to PMO workflows and reporting processes.

Supports stormwater and water resources projects through hydrology and hydraulics modeling, design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and design development. May oversee technicians and graduate engineers. With career progression, responsibilities may expand to project planning, team leadership, budgeting, scheduling, proposal development, client development, and project management.

Leads the national internship program and supports early-career development for graduate engineers and new hires. Responsibilities include full-cycle campus recruiting, university partnerships, onboarding, mentorship, training, career events, program metrics, employee guidance, compliance, and recordkeeping. The role builds early-career talent pipelines and supports employee growth and retention.
