Owns the technical product lifecycle from requirements through release, prioritizing backlogs, leading Agile ceremonies, coordinating developers and QA, and advocating for customers. Oversees Product Owners and manual testing teams, manages healthcare certification and regulatory compliance, and directs MIPS services. The role requires strong healthcare technology experience, user research, analytics, requirements management, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.

Serve as the technical product owner bridging business goals and engineering. Own product lifecycle, prioritize backlog, run Agile ceremonies, lead and mentor the Product Owner team, ensure regulatory compliance and certification (ONC, Surescripts, MDToolbox/DEA), oversee manual testing and MIPS clinical services, coordinate stakeholders, and use analytics and Jira to drive product decisions and high-quality releases.

Manage and improve Debian-based Linux production systems and AWS cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CDK; scripting; monitoring; security; incident resolution; containerized environments; CI/CD support; and documentation. The role requires collaboration with engineering teams to maintain high availability, performance, and reliability across cloud-based systems.

Serve as the bridge between business objectives and engineering, owning product lifecycle from concept to launch. Prioritize backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, gather requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and certifications, oversee manual testing and MIPS clinical services, mentor Product Owners, and communicate feature value to stakeholders.

Lead and oversee global accounting operations including financial reporting, multi-entity payroll, client invoicing, cash flow and close processes. Ensure GAAP compliance, optimize payroll and billing platforms, implement scalable revenue recognition and controls, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
