Serve as the Technical Product Owner bridging business goals and engineering execution. Own product backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, gather and document requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and certifications (ONC, Surescripts, MDToolbox/DEA), mentor product owners, oversee manual testing and MIPS clinical services, and coordinate releases with developers and QA. Advocate for customers and align product strategy with technical integrity and analytics-driven decisions.

Manage and maintain Debian-based Linux servers and AWS infrastructure. Automate deployments with Ansible/Terraform/AWS CDK, script in Bash/Python, monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch, support container platforms (Docker, ECS/EKS/Fargate), and collaborate on CI/CD and documentation.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows using LLMs. Develop HubSpot and third-party integrations via APIs, optimize prompts and AI agents, create dashboards and reports, ensure data governance and security, conduct testing and monitoring, and provide technical guidance and training across teams to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
