The Senior Accountant leads month-end close activities, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, supports financial reporting, performs variance analysis, and manages payroll accounting. The role ensures GAAP compliance, maintains internal controls, assists with audits, partners with operational leaders, and provides financial insights. It also contributes to process improvement, automation, system implementations, and reporting initiatives while supporting cross-functional business decisions.

Performs inventory and account reconciliations, purchase-order maintenance, customer invoicing, gross profit and cost-of-goods-sold analysis, journal entries, and month-end close activities. Researches accounting and system discrepancies, supports inventory counts and adjustments, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Distribution, Rental, Operations, and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records and improve accounting processes.
