Drive partner acquisition and development across EMEA by sourcing, qualifying, onboarding, and training partners. Align sales, marketing, and engineering to meet quotas, manage pipelines and forecasts in HubSpot, run reseller roadshows, negotiate contracts, resolve channel conflicts, and contribute to partner program enhancements.

Architect, implement, and optimize live and on-demand streaming pipelines in Wowza. Design scalable transcoding and packaging workflows, integrate accelerators, debug performance issues, support cross-functional projects, and serve as a streaming domain expert.
