Manage indirect channel sales across an assigned territory, including quotas, forecasting, pipeline reporting, pricing, solution design, partner relationships, events, training, and revenue objectives. The role supports and educates telecom agents, monitors sales metrics, conducts market analysis, manages prospecting systems, and contributes to budgeting and annual planning. Travel within assigned markets is required 50–75% of the time.

Coordinates advertising continuity, retention marketing campaigns, and concurrent customer-impacting initiatives. Manages project trackers, timelines, stakeholder sequencing, escalations, customer messaging, and leadership reporting. Analyzes retention, disconnect, pipeline, churn, and account-risk data to support prioritization. Partners with Account Managers on customer retention efforts and supports playbooks, talking points, and process documentation for renewals, transitions, and customer-impacting changes.

Owns permitting activities for utility construction projects across multiple markets. Manages permit schedules, applications, submittal packages, agency coordination, regulatory negotiations, contractors, vendors, consultants, and permitting coordinators. Reviews make-ready costs, identifies jurisdictional requirements, resolves approval issues, and supports network expansion timelines and budgets. Requires five years of permitting and leadership experience, utility right-of-way permitting knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with business and database software.

Advance business product opportunities for mid-market and enterprise segments by researching markets, building business cases, evaluating vendors and build-versus-buy options, guiding investment decisions, and developing product requirements and roadmaps. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Care, and Operations while presenting recommendations to senior leadership and tracking product performance against budget, ROI, customer needs, and strategic priorities.

Provides senior technical leadership for a 24/7 commercial Network Operations team. Oversees shift queues, escalations, P1/P2 incident coordination, advanced network and telecommunications troubleshooting, customer support, data center infrastructure monitoring, documentation, coaching, training, and knowledge management. Requires four years of telecommunications or related technical support experience, networking expertise, leadership ability, and industry certification such as Network+, CCNA, or equivalent training.

Lead the design, deployment, management, and optimization of enterprise Linux, virtualization, compute, storage, and datacenter infrastructure. Responsibilities include capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, fault analysis, system integration, backup compliance, technical escalation support, documentation, emerging technology evaluation, and mentoring engineers. The role collaborates with networking and security teams and participates in on-call support.
