Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence while supporting geographically dispersed teams in a hybrid environment.

Leads WOW!'s brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, creative standards, governance, production, and investment strategy. Oversees campaigns, agencies, vendors, budgets, and multi-channel asset production while aligning brand and performance marketing. Partners with Growth Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to strengthen differentiation, drive subscriber growth, and build long-term brand equity.

Provides advanced second-level technical support for business telecommunications, networking, data center, cloud, and connectivity products. Troubleshoots customer and carrier issues, monitors critical infrastructure and networks, coordinates resolution with vendors and technical teams, manages tickets, documents solutions, supports equipment logistics, and assists with testing and implementation of new products in a 24/7 in-office environment.
