Designs, tests, deploys, and supports PON/FTTH fiber access projects from initial design through operational handoff. Owns configuration and troubleshooting for an assigned OLT platform, develops bills of materials and technical runbooks, coordinates vendors, resolves network escalations with cross-functional teams, and supports quality network turn-ups. The role also manages assigned projects independently and mentors junior engineers.

Supports sales teams by researching and resolving order delays, holds, cancellations, fallout orders, installation barriers, and serviceability questions. Maintains accurate customer account information, answers questions about products and sales procedures, documents escalations in CRM and case-management systems, and coordinates with internal departments through resolution. The role also identifies recurring system and process issues, communicates updates, and helps improve sales-order workflows.

Business Analyst analyzing operational and financial data to deliver reporting, insights, business cases, and process improvements. The role develops complex Excel-based tools, evaluates metrics and budgets, supports vendor and cross-functional activities, manages projects, and provides data-driven recommendations to leadership. Candidates should have business analysis or financial management experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and preferably SQL, billing systems, and broadband industry knowledge.
