Administers the enterprise data warehouse and related analytics platforms, including user provisioning, access controls, system configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT operations. Supports audits, governance, compliance, documentation, and platform reliability while collaborating with data engineers, analysts, governance teams, and business stakeholders. Requires two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent background.

Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, WAN, voice, and network security. The role advises executive leadership, manages budgets and staff, advances veteran and military policy, and drives systemic improvements for wounded warriors, families, caregivers, and service members.

Leads Wounded Warrior Project’s national community engagement, grassroots advocacy, constituent affairs, and community partnerships portfolio. Develops activation strategies, mobilizes veterans and supporters, strengthens stakeholder relationships, oversees grants and partnerships, translates community insights into organizational decisions, and manages geographically dispersed teams, budgets, performance metrics, and executive communications. The role requires extensive nonprofit, veteran-community, advocacy, partnership, and executive leadership experience, with up to 50% travel.

Leads enterprise strategy, innovation, partnerships, governance, and scalable programs focused on veteran mental health, brain health, healthcare delivery, and suicide prevention. Develops organizational capabilities, oversees advisory bodies, evaluates emerging therapies and initiatives, and drives cross-functional execution, performance, and outcomes while building high-performing teams.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the chief legal officer and assistant general counsels. Collaborates with legal, finance, accounting, planned giving, outside counsel, fiduciaries, and financial institutions. Manages, mentors, and develops trust and estate professionals while advising leadership, analyzing complex matters, presenting training, and representing WWP in mediations and hearings as needed.

Supports integrated marketing plans and campaigns for Wounded Warrior Project programs, events, and initiatives. Coordinates messaging, content, creative production, timelines, and cross-functional projects across email, social media, websites, and print materials. Monitors campaign performance, recommends improvements, maintains brand consistency, and communicates the organization’s mission in public forums. Provides administrative and project support while collaborating with internal stakeholders and participating in community activities.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a nonprofit mid-level giving program. Manages donors contributing $5,000–$24,999 annually, overseeing qualification, segmentation, cultivation, stewardship, retention, upgrades, and transitions to major giving. Leads staff, manages vendors, analyzes fundraising performance, uses Salesforce to track donor activity, and collaborates with fundraising, marketing, communications, and executive teams to drive donor engagement and philanthropic revenue.

Lead and manage a team of VA-accredited service officers to identify and file DoD and VA benefits claims, maintain an active caseload (~33%), provide training/coaching, manage budget and performance, build partnerships, report outcomes, and represent WWP publicly.
