Provides phone, email, chat, and in-person information, referral, registration, and outreach services to wounded warriors, caregivers, and families. Assesses and triages needs, determines program eligibility, handles crisis situations, conducts follow-ups, maintains Salesforce records, researches community resources, and connects individuals with supportive programs. Requires empathetic communication, understanding of military culture and veteran issues, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, flexible scheduling, and ASIST certification eligibility.

Administers bequests, trusts, estates, and beneficiary designations for the Legal department. Reviews and interprets legal and financial documents, coordinates information and distributions, maintains records, prepares reports and correspondence, manages relationships with attorneys and fiduciaries, and collaborates with internal teams. Uses Salesforce and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation while protecting confidential information. Also supports policy research, quality assurance, meetings, and training for less experienced staff.

Leads WWP’s Bequests Team and oversees trust and estate administration, legal and financial notices, case files, litigation coordination, beneficiary claims, distributions, audits, reporting, budgeting, and donor-intent compliance. Collaborates with legal, finance, accounting, planned giving, outside counsel, fiduciaries, and financial institutions. Manages, mentors, and develops trust and estate professionals while advising leadership, analyzing complex matters, presenting training, and representing WWP in mediations and hearings as needed.

Supports integrated marketing plans and campaigns for Wounded Warrior Project programs, events, and initiatives. Coordinates messaging, content, creative production, timelines, and cross-functional projects across email, social media, websites, and print materials. Monitors campaign performance, recommends improvements, maintains brand consistency, and communicates the organization’s mission in public forums. Provides administrative and project support while collaborating with internal stakeholders and participating in community activities.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a nonprofit mid-level giving program. Manages donors contributing $5,000–$24,999 annually, overseeing qualification, segmentation, cultivation, stewardship, retention, upgrades, and transitions to major giving. Leads staff, manages vendors, analyzes fundraising performance, uses Salesforce to track donor activity, and collaborates with fundraising, marketing, communications, and executive teams to drive donor engagement and philanthropic revenue.

Leads Wounded Warrior Project’s institutional fundraising strategy, growing revenue from corporations, foundations, sponsorships, workplace giving, and peer-to-peer programs. Oversees national fundraising teams, strategic partnerships, major solicitations, budgets, forecasts, performance metrics, and donor stewardship. Collaborates with senior leaders and organizational functions to align funding with mission priorities, cultivate transformational gifts, and strengthen philanthropic visibility. Represents the organization externally while developing a high-performing, accountable fundraising culture.

Lead and manage a team of VA-accredited service officers to identify and file DoD and VA benefits claims, maintain an active caseload (~33%), provide training/coaching, manage budget and performance, build partnerships, report outcomes, and represent WWP publicly.

Provide in-house legal counsel across contracting, compliance, IP, privacy, data security, and technology governance. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, modernize legal operations and contracting workflows, advise on regulatory matters, prepare policies and legal memos, identify and mitigate legal risks, and support training under the Assistant General Counsel's supervision.

Lead regional Warriors to Work teams to deliver career transition services, build employer partnerships, drive program outcomes, standardize delivery, manage budgets, train staff, and travel to support regional offices and events.

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chief Program Officer: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and materials, conduct research, triage communications, support long-range planning and programmatic budget coordination, and serve as liaison to senior leaders and external partners to enhance organizational alignment.

The Marketing Manager leads integrated engagement campaigns, overseeing planning, execution, and collaboration to optimize outreach and connect with veterans and their families.

Provide case management for veterans in crisis: perform assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate internal and external resources (VA, DoD, community providers), manage caseloads, maintain PHI and documentation in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce), facilitate admissions/discharges, prepare reports, and advocate to remove barriers to care while supporting recovery and program referrals.

Designs and executes manual test cases, documents procedures, analyzes test results, identifies and reports defects, and recommends system improvements. Supports end-to-end and performance testing, maintains test data integrity, mentors peers, updates ITSM knowledge, and communicates test status to stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality software releases.
