Designs and optimizes user-centered web, mobile, and digital product experiences for veterans and families. Conducts user research and usability testing, synthesizes insights, maps journeys, creates wireframes and prototypes, develops high-fidelity designs, and supports accessibility and design-system improvements. Partners with product, technology, marketing, analytics, and program teams to improve resource discovery, engagement, self-service adoption, and satisfaction. Facilitates workshops, presents recommendations, and supports Agile delivery.

Designs, builds, integrates, and optimizes AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem using Einstein, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Flow, and Apex. Develops AI workflows, prompt templates, conversational agents, integrations, and governance practices. Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to identify AI opportunities, troubleshoot solutions, support responsible AI, monitor performance, and improve adoption. Requires Salesforce expertise, AI experience, a bachelor’s degree, and Salesforce certifications.

Builds and executes manual, functional, end-to-end, and performance test cases for donor support systems. Validates requirements, troubleshoots system issues, monitors performance, maintains testing and procedural documentation, removes test data, supports users, and improves quality assurance processes. Collaborates with project teams to resolve problems and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
