Leads, coaches, and develops a team of logistics sales consultants while driving revenue, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and account growth. Oversees sales processes, CRM accuracy, pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, carrier relationships, pricing, and operational execution. Partners with operations to deliver customer-focused transportation solutions and monitors performance through sales and business KPIs.

Manage customer and carrier relationships by matching freight to carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues to ensure on-time service.

Manage end-to-end freight movement while developing new business: build client partnerships, match freight with carriers, negotiate contracts and rates, resolve operational issues, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Lead enterprise sales to Fortune and large shippers across the US and Canada: prospect, develop business plans, manage complex sales cycles, onboard via RFPs, collaborate with internal teams to retain and expand accounts, cross-sell services, manage pricing events, and use CRM for pipeline tracking and forecasting to drive revenue growth.
