Lead enterprise marketing strategy and execution: brand governance, demand generation, website and content strategy, sales enablement, analytics, customer advocacy, vendor/agency management, and marketing technology (HubSpot). Partner with leadership and sales to drive pipeline, launches, and measurable results.

Manage customer and carrier relationships by matching freight to carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues to ensure on-time service.

Manage end-to-end freight movement while developing new business: build client partnerships, match freight with carriers, negotiate contracts and rates, resolve operational issues, and meet revenue and margin targets.

Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview candidates; maintain the ATS and reporting; manage pre-employment processes (references, background checks, offers); write/post job descriptions; develop employer recruiting brand and participate in career fairs and orientation.
