Drive enterprise sales growth among Fortune-level shippers across the United States and Canada. Build executive relationships, lead prospecting and sales cycles, develop business plans, expand partnerships, cross-sell logistics services, manage pricing events, and maintain CRM reporting. The role requires strategic transportation sales experience, strong outbound prospecting, pipeline management, executive communication, RFP and contract experience, and travel as needed.

Manage customer and carrier relationships by matching freight to carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues to ensure on-time service.

Manage end-to-end freight movement while developing new business: build client partnerships, match freight with carriers, negotiate contracts and rates, resolve operational issues, and meet revenue and margin targets.
