Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, maintain data quality, build automation workflows, support reporting and Power BI integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, train and support users, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve revenue operations and processes.

Lead enterprise marketing strategy and execution: brand governance, demand generation, website and content strategy, sales enablement, analytics, customer advocacy, vendor/agency management, and marketing technology (HubSpot). Partner with leadership and sales to drive pipeline, launches, and measurable results.

Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview candidates; maintain the ATS and reporting; manage pre-employment processes (references, background checks, offers); write/post job descriptions; develop employer recruiting brand and participate in career fairs and orientation.
