Serve as the primary HR advisor for corporate, retail, and warehouse teams across multiple states. Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), talent acquisition support, benefits administration, compliance, training, HR metrics analysis, and supervise the HR Generalist and Office Administrator. Align HR strategy with business goals and support workforce planning and engagement initiatives.

Manage and maintain EDI systems and integrations, onboard and configure trading partners, create and maintain EDI maps, monitor and troubleshoot transactions, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, support audits, and document/train internal users to maintain operational continuity and data security.

Manage marketing project organization, timelines, and campaign backend operations. Maintain integrations (Flock, GJM), schedule SMS/app push notifications, support Ads/Meta Workbook reporting, and handle B2B partner communications. Organize content/assets, track invoices, and assist inventory/aged-stock strategies while keeping teams accountable to deadlines and ensuring launches run smoothly.

Design and produce marketing assets across email, web, social, branding, and apparel for Fairway Styles and other brands. Create mockups, wireframes, and final files; follow digital production and responsive design standards; meet campaign timelines; participate in creative meetings and collaborate with marketing teams. Maintain brand consistency and stay current with design trends.

Lead month‑end/quarter/year close across multiple entities, manage a 3–5 person accounting team, maintain the general ledger, oversee reconciliations, coordinate audits and tax work, prepare management reporting, drive SAP and process improvements, enforce accounting policies, mentor staff, and perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Manage and maintain EDI systems and integrations, onboard trading partners, create and update EDI maps, monitor and troubleshoot transactions, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, develop documentation and training, and support EDI audits to maintain secure, reliable supply-chain data exchange.

Manage and report EDI and logistics transactions, ensure vendor and store compliance, track chargebacks, process POs, maintain ERP item data, generate compliance reports, support mappings, provide vendor communication and logistics support.

Lead month-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; maintain GL accuracy and internal controls; prepare internal financial statements and analyses; support audits, SAP implementation, process automation, SOP documentation, and provide accounting guidance to leadership.

Execute and contribute to brand creative across e-commerce, marketing, social, email, and events. Design ads, website assets, email campaigns, packaging, print, and assist with photo/video editing and asset management under Creative Director.

Maintain established fits and block library; build and maintain technical specifications (BOM, measurements, construction, packaging) and patterns from prototype to final fit. Track and evaluate fit, size set, and pre-production samples for fit, measurement, and construction accuracy. Collaborate with Design and Merchandising to meet timelines and uphold consistency in technical design processes.
