Responsibilities include managing office operations, supplies, equipment, calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries, team communications, documents, events, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.

Own Fore All’s direct-to-consumer growth strategy across paid media, e-commerce, TikTok Shop, creator affiliates, email, SMS, retention, loyalty, and digital merchandising. Manage budgets, partners, campaigns, customer segmentation, performance reporting, and testing while balancing revenue, profitability, inventory, and customer experience. Lead growth planning, optimize acquisition and retention channels, develop personalized customer journeys, and present recommendations to marketing leadership.

Lead Fore All’s enterprise, national, wholesale, strategic partnership, and international sales growth. Develop account strategies, negotiate major retail partnerships, build forecasts and pipelines, and establish scalable sales processes. Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team while partnering with executive, product, merchandising, operations, finance, and marketing teams to drive profitable growth and protect the brand.
