Responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures, coordinating internal and supplier audits, managing CAPA plans, conducting compliance checks, supporting GDP activities, addressing airline audit findings, and verifying audit effectiveness. The role requires strong knowledge of IATA regulations, quality assurance practices, communication skills, organization, and travel to UK sites.

Lead a seven-person L&D team to deliver mandatory training, operational/practical training, competency assessments, and digital learning across multi-site operations. Manage the LMS, develop e-learning and digital work instructions, run training needs analysis, ensure CAA compliance, deliver induction/onboarding, produce effectiveness metrics, and drive continuous learning and digitalisation of training.

Deliver security, classroom, induction, and competency-based training across warehouse and office functions. Design learning and assessment programs, analyze training needs using performance and business data, update content for regulatory changes, collaborate on e-learning development, and evaluate program effectiveness. The role requires CAA-approved Avsec Instructor certification, education and training qualifications, strong coaching and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Lead and execute M&A and strategic investment activities across EMEA and Americas: source opportunities, perform financial modelling and due diligence, structure deals, negotiate terms, develop JVs/partnerships, manage integration planning and value capture, prepare materials for senior leadership and Board, and drive post-investment optimization.
