Manage FP&A for two entities, including revenue forecasting, annual budgeting, reforecasting, cash-flow modeling, headcount analysis, and performance-versus-budget reporting. Review Capex and Opex business cases, track cost-saving and revenue initiatives, support procurement planning, oversee accounting and reporting outputs, improve financial controls, and lead ad hoc commercial finance projects with senior stakeholders.

Provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle for a defined business area. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment support, HR administration, absence monitoring, payroll inputs, onboarding and offboarding, trend reporting, and participation in HR projects. The role requires strong relationship-building, prioritization, multitasking, and confidence challenging working practices. CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous. The position is office-based at London Heathrow and requires background, employment history, and drug and alcohol checks.

Manage a small payroll, HR systems, and reporting team while partnering with head-office leaders on workforce changes. Lead recruitment strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR system evolution, reporting, compliance, and HR projects. The role requires CIPD qualification, strong generalist HR Business Partner experience, payroll knowledge, senior stakeholder influence, and GDPR expertise. It is office-based five days per week in London Heathrow.

Lead and execute M&A and strategic investment activities across EMEA and Americas: source opportunities, perform financial modelling and due diligence, structure deals, negotiate terms, develop JVs/partnerships, manage integration planning and value capture, prepare materials for senior leadership and Board, and drive post-investment optimization.
