Provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle for a defined business area. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment support, HR administration, absence monitoring, payroll inputs, onboarding and offboarding, trend reporting, and participation in HR projects. The role requires strong relationship-building, prioritization, multitasking, and confidence challenging working practices. CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous. The position is office-based at London Heathrow and requires background, employment history, and drug and alcohol checks.

Deliver security, classroom, induction, and competency-based training across warehouse and office functions. Design learning and assessment programs, analyze training needs using performance and business data, update content for regulatory changes, collaborate on e-learning development, and evaluate program effectiveness. The role requires CAA-approved Avsec Instructor certification, education and training qualifications, strong coaching and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Supports monthly payroll processing, payroll reporting, recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR administration, and manager guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters. Maintains accurate employee data and systems while handling confidential information discreetly. This office-based graduate role offers broad exposure to HR and payroll within a global air cargo logistics organization.

Lead and execute M&A and strategic investment activities across EMEA and Americas: source opportunities, perform financial modelling and due diligence, structure deals, negotiate terms, develop JVs/partnerships, manage integration planning and value capture, prepare materials for senior leadership and Board, and drive post-investment optimization.
