Manage indirect procurement across multiple categories and sites, including facilities, IT, professional services, labor, fleet support, and warehouse supplies. Lead category strategies, tendering, supplier selection, negotiations, contract awards, vendor performance, SLA management, ESG initiatives, compliance, and cost-saving programs. Partner with operations, warehouse, IT, HR, finance, and suppliers while reporting procurement KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle for a defined business area. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment support, HR administration, absence monitoring, payroll inputs, onboarding and offboarding, trend reporting, and participation in HR projects. The role requires strong relationship-building, prioritization, multitasking, and confidence challenging working practices. CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous. The position is office-based at London Heathrow and requires background, employment history, and drug and alcohol checks.

Manage a small payroll, HR systems, and reporting team while partnering with head-office leaders on workforce changes. Lead recruitment strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR system evolution, reporting, compliance, and HR projects. The role requires CIPD qualification, strong generalist HR Business Partner experience, payroll knowledge, senior stakeholder influence, and GDPR expertise. It is office-based five days per week in London Heathrow.
