Support the Global Head of PMO by overseeing project portfolio governance, monitoring status, risks, budgets and resourcing; standardise PM practices and tools (Wrike); operate as global super-user for PPM technology; coordinate regional registers, finance cost vs budget tracking, prioritisation, interdependency resolution, and coaching or direct management of high‑priority projects.

Lead and execute M&A and strategic investment activities across EMEA and Americas: source opportunities, perform financial modelling and due diligence, structure deals, negotiate terms, develop JVs/partnerships, manage integration planning and value capture, prepare materials for senior leadership and Board, and drive post-investment optimization.

Manage indirect procurement categories across multiple sites, leading end-to-end sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance tracking. Develop category strategies focused on total cost of ownership, compliance, ESG, and cost savings while partnering with stakeholders and reporting procurement KPIs and savings.
