Manage a small payroll, HR systems, and reporting team while partnering with head-office leaders on workforce changes. Lead recruitment strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR system evolution, reporting, compliance, and HR projects. The role requires CIPD qualification, strong generalist HR Business Partner experience, payroll knowledge, senior stakeholder influence, and GDPR expertise. It is office-based five days per week in London Heathrow.

Provides generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle for a defined business area. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment support, HR administration, absence monitoring, payroll inputs, onboarding and offboarding, trend reporting, and participation in HR projects. The role requires strong relationship-building, prioritization, multitasking, and confidence challenging working practices. CIPD Level 5 or above is advantageous. The position is office-based at London Heathrow and requires background, employment history, and drug and alcohol checks.

Deliver security, classroom, induction, and competency-based training across warehouse and office functions. Design learning and assessment programs, analyze training needs using performance and business data, update content for regulatory changes, collaborate on e-learning development, and evaluate program effectiveness. The role requires CAA-approved Avsec Instructor certification, education and training qualifications, strong coaching and communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
