Lead large, multi-team technology programs end-to-end: governance, financial management, forecasting, staffing, risk and issue management, stakeholder and executive reporting, SOW alignment, and delivery quality.

Partner with a Client Manager to support selling consulting, infrastructure, applications and lab services. Assist managing complex customer relationships, develop partner/OEM relationships, participate in account planning, build business cases, support negotiations, and leverage senior team members to achieve sales goals.

Drive regional staffing and strategic resourcing by ensuring account teams follow methodology and best practices. Source and manage high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting across levels, maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, liaise with partner agencies, troubleshoot hiring obstacles, educate stakeholders on sourcing strategies, and act as an SME and Equal Employment Officer to support diverse hiring and onboarding.
