The Client Manager leads enterprise sales efforts for Fortune 500 customers, selling technical services, solutions, and products. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, managing complex deals and financials, building proposals, forecasting pipeline, leading sales campaigns, presenting to executives, and coordinating with engineers, architects, consultants, and technology specialists. The role requires consultative relationship management, solution selling, and travel up to 25%.

Builds, provisions, validates, and supports large-scale NVIDIA GPU and HPC compute clusters. Responsibilities include bare-metal provisioning with NVIDIA Base Command Manager, Ansible-based operating system and storage configuration, firmware upgrades, network integration, HPL and NCCL benchmarking, hardware burn-in, validation reporting, and L2 troubleshooting of Slurm, GPU, ECC, and node issues. The role also performs Linux maintenance, driver updates, security hardening, and basic Python or Bash automation.

Leads hands-on deployment and automation of NVIDIA SuperPOD and BasePOD HPC infrastructure. Configures Slurm, Kubernetes, Linux systems, GPU hardware, storage, and networking while developing Ansible and Terraform automation. Troubleshoots kernel, GPU, scheduler, storage, and fabric issues; validates performance with HPL and NCCL tests. Provides technical leadership, code reviews, IaC governance, task planning, and mentorship for distributed HPC engineering teams.
