Lead sales and account management for Sports & Entertainment customers, developing account strategy, managing large complex opportunities, and positioning WWT solutions across venue, broadcast, and fan-experience technologies. Build executive relationships, drive campaigns from discovery to close, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage pipeline and forecasting. Travel up to ~25%.

Provide intermediate Azure infrastructure support: troubleshoot VMs, storage, networking, identity (Azure AD), monitor/respond to alerts, fulfill service requests, manage tickets/SLA, escalate complex issues, assist with M365 user tasks, and follow ITIL processes while contributing documentation and process improvements.

Design, build, test, and deliver full-stack JavaScript applications (primarily Vue.js/Nuxt and Node.js). Work independently across the full lifecycle, partner with design and stakeholders, implement scalable solutions, improve site search/recommendations, apply AI/LLM features, and uphold performance, accessibility, and best practices.
