Lead and coordinate programme quality across the South Asia Pacific region, providing strategic and technical guidance on programme design, monitoring, evaluation, learning, sponsorship integration, and evidence generation. Strengthen field office capacities, scale innovative programme effectiveness methods, manage a regional team, and support external reporting and regional influence to achieve sustainable impact for vulnerable children.

Lead and maintain an effective grants compliance system for Global Fund grants, including internal controls, risk management, audits, and donor inquiries. Oversee sub-grantee lifecycle and capacity building, consolidate financial and programmatic reporting, and provide regional technical support. Advise senior leadership, represent the office with donors and partners, and manage a compliance team while ensuring adherence to policies, legal requirements, and safeguarding standards.

Manage and lead global year-end audits and consolidated financial reporting for VisionFund and affiliated MFIs. Oversee audit schedules, liaise with external auditors, manage US tax filings and lease reporting, support US GAAP implementation, and coordinate audit testing across multiple stakeholders. Provide financial analysis, ad hoc reporting, and lead procurement for the global centre.
