Provides strategic and technical leadership for livelihoods, food security, resilience, and climate-resilient agriculture programming across Indonesia. Responsibilities include project design, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, donor proposal development, emergency response coordination, quality assurance, accountability, staff training, coaching, stakeholder networking, and reporting. The role supports area programs, integrates cross-cutting themes such as gender and disability, and represents the organization with governments, donors, humanitarian partners, financial institutions, and development networks.

Supports digital and process transformation across humanitarian operations by developing low-code automation solutions, researching emerging technologies, creating proof-of-concepts, and analyzing operational data. The intern will assist with dashboards, reporting, documentation, process improvement, information management, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.

Leads World Vision Senegal’s resource acquisition and fundraising strategy, including donor engagement, funding diversification, opportunity pipelines, proposal development, consortium building, grant acquisition, award transitions, compliance, and team development. The role represents the organization with donors, governments, UN agencies, foundations, private-sector partners, and NGOs while aligning fundraising with program priorities and child well-being. It also oversees resource acquisition systems, reporting, knowledge management, capacity building, and strategic partnerships.
