Lead development of South Sudan’s national Gender in Education Policy in collaboration with WUSC, the Ministry of General Education and Instruction, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include literature and policy reviews, stakeholder mapping and consultations, workshop facilitation, policy drafting, validation, incorporation of feedback, implementation planning, dissemination, and regular coordination. The consultant will be based in Juba and travel to other states to conduct consultations.

Lead full sub-grant lifecycle and ensure donor compliance for the DREEM program. Oversee sub-grantee financial management, risk assessment, audits, reporting, and record-keeping. Provide capacity building, conduct site visits and organizational assessments, maintain grant management systems, and supervise junior grants staff while coordinating with finance for budget monitoring and corrective actions.

WUSC seeks urban-based refugee-led organisations (RLOs) in Kenya to implement the University Now initiative: design outreach campaigns, run application hubs, recruit/train peer advisors, co-design a consortium governance and financial sustainability model, strengthen organisational capacity, maintain monthly financial and activity reporting, and contribute to a shared resource library. Deliverables include M&E plans, 24-month workplans, training materials, monthly/quarterly reports, and a transition/sustainability charter to sustain RLO-led outreach to higher education for displaced youth.

Solicit industry partners for skill-based training programs. Review expressions of interest, co-design curricula, coordinate implementation with stakeholders, monitor outcomes, and manage reporting and evaluation.

Coordinate and lead technical implementation of a nature-based solutions project in Ghana, managing partners, staff, budgets, M&E, capacity building, and field activities to advance biodiversity, climate adaptation and gender-equitable outcomes.

Provide short-term consultancy on renewable energy and energy transition in Bolivia: conduct sector assessments, market and investment analyses, promote private sector engagement, advise on regulatory and financing frameworks, support investor outreach, and coordinate with government, IFIs, and development partners. Deliverables per ToR; work billed by daily rate. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Lead development and delivery of a Pan-African communications strategy for DREEM 2030. Produce evidence-based storytelling, manage digital platforms (website, campaigns), provide communications technical assistance to Refugee-Led Organizations and partners, build partner capacity through training and toolkits, oversee vendor relationships and multimedia production, track communications KPIs, and support internal knowledge sharing and MERL integration.
