Social Impact
Lead full sub-grant lifecycle and ensure donor compliance for the DREEM program. Oversee sub-grantee financial management, risk assessment, audits, reporting, and record-keeping. Provide capacity building, conduct site visits and organizational assessments, maintain grant management systems, and supervise junior grants staff while coordinating with finance for budget monitoring and corrective actions.
Social Impact
WUSC seeks urban-based refugee-led organisations (RLOs) in Kenya to implement the University Now initiative: design outreach campaigns, run application hubs, recruit/train peer advisors, co-design a consortium governance and financial sustainability model, strengthen organisational capacity, maintain monthly financial and activity reporting, and contribute to a shared resource library. Deliverables include M&E plans, 24-month workplans, training materials, monthly/quarterly reports, and a transition/sustainability charter to sustain RLO-led outreach to higher education for displaced youth.
Social Impact
Provide administrative, financial, and grants administration support across the full grant cycle for RLOs: set up grant folders, review applications, track grants and budgets, reconcile expenditures, maintain hard/soft copy records, and collaborate with program and finance teams.
