Provides remote end-user technical support by troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, networking, Microsoft environments, and Exchange issues. Documents, prioritizes, and resolves tickets, communicates clearly with users, follows escalation and security procedures, maintains technical documentation, and pursues timely resolution and customer satisfaction. The role also supports continuous process improvement and requires a Saturday-through-Wednesday schedule from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

Leads digital marketing strategy and team development across recruitment and consumer campaigns. Owns websites, paid search, paid and organic social, SEO/AEO, CRM lead nurturing, webinars, conversion optimization, reporting, and agency partnerships. Manages lead-generation funnels, segmentation, workflows, automations, and performance analysis while collaborating with creative teams and supporting franchise owners through training. This hybrid role requires occasional domestic or international travel.

Leads delivery of customer-facing IT and B2B franchise applications from intake through launch. Manages project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, stakeholders, and delivery artifacts. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, supports team execution, removes impediments, and drives continuous improvement in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment. Partners with Product Owners, analysts, UX/UI, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to align objectives, communicate progress, and improve delivery quality and predictability.
