Leads the KADIN Net Zero Hub’s strategy, workplans, delivery, and team. Provides technical guidance on GHG accounting, science-based targets, decarbonization, disclosure, and transition planning; manages corporate assistance programs, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, budgets, reporting, fundraising, and thought leadership. The role supports Indonesian companies in moving from net-zero commitments to measurable implementation while engaging KADIN, partners, businesses, donors, and policymakers.

Manage WRI’s membership, annual, sustaining, mid-level, and planned giving programs. Develop data-informed acquisition, retention, engagement, stewardship, and fundraising strategies; manage budgets, donor pipelines, reporting, and performance metrics. Lead multichannel digital fundraising campaigns across email, direct mail, social media, advertising, text, and phone. Use segmentation, CRM data, automation, and analytics to improve donor conversion, retention, revenue, and progression toward major and legacy gifts.

The Senior Economist will lead economic research supporting Indonesia’s clean industrial transition and net-zero policy development. Responsibilities include designing methodologies, conducting econometric and economy-wide or sectoral modeling, analyzing market barriers, trade exposure, CBAM impacts, financing, and policy instruments, and translating findings into research publications and policy recommendations. The role also involves stakeholder engagement with government, industry, NGOs, and research partners, strategic support to project leadership, technical meeting facilitation, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Manage procurement activities across Aceh and West Sumatra from planning and packaging through sourcing, evaluation, award, contracting, delivery, and close-out. Prepare solicitation and evaluation documents, conduct market research and price benchmarking, coordinate vendors and project teams, monitor contract performance, maintain procurement records and trackers, and ensure compliance with WRI policies, Indonesian regulations, donor requirements, and ethical procurement standards. The role is hybrid in Jakarta and requires travel to project sites.

Research and analyze emerging data ethics and governance issues, including data sovereignty, AI governance, open data, and benefit-sharing. Conduct stakeholder and community interviews, synthesize findings, and translate them into practical recommendations, policies, guidance, and governance processes. Support data strategy, project planning, documentation, and delivery while participating in the Civic Science Fellows cohort and sharing lessons with WRI and the broader civic science community.

Leads Rwanda’s climate and green finance agenda by developing investment-ready projects, structuring blended and outcome-based financing, mobilizing public and private capital, and engaging government, investors, DFIs, philanthropies, and restoration partners. Oversees financial analysis, modeling, investment proposals, transaction execution, outcome-buyer partnerships, and financing agreements for climate resilience, restoration, and sustainable growth initiatives in Rwanda and the Lake Kivu and Rusizi River Basin.
