Lead CHAMP's subnational climate finance agenda: design and deliver finance workstream, produce actionable analysis, coordinate advocacy with MDBs and partners, oversee budgeting/financial monitoring, manage country technical assistance, organise knowledge exchanges, and provide strategic leadership to drive subnational access to climate finance.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Director and leadership team: calendar and travel management (including visas), meeting coordination and notes, prepare documents and presentations, manage expenses and timesheets, organize communications and events, improve administrative systems, and support cross-team coordination and special projects to ensure timely execution of priorities.

Support subsidiary office accounting and financial integrity by reviewing transactions and reconciliations, monitoring month-end close, coordinating audits, providing backup accounting support, and delivering training and process improvements across global and country office teams.

Support the Climate, Economics, and Finance program by creating social media content and basic visual designs, translating technical policy research into engaging copy and graphics, applying brand guidelines, collaborating with communications staff, and contributing to outreach and advocacy tasks. Hybrid role based in Jakarta, paid internship Aug–Dec 2026.

Support building Workday Adaptive Planning dashboards and related documentation; identify and document accounting process improvements; assist with daily accounting tasks including data validation and reconciliation; and dedicate time to academic or independent projects aligned with internship goals.

Support data collection, cleaning, validation and documentation for the Green Economy Model. Conduct literature reviews, analyze and present model outputs and datasets, and assist the CEF team with research and reporting tasks during a 3–6 month internship.

Lead development and execution of WRI's global culture and DEI strategy; embed inclusive practices into people systems; drive global engagement, governance, and partnerships; manage a small team and oversee culture/DEI programs, budgets, and reporting to strengthen belonging and leadership accountability across multi-country operations.

Serve as the global functional owner for Workday Recruiting and Talent modules: configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, dashboards, integrations, lead release cycles, provide cross‑country support, training, and continuous optimization.

Support Restore Local and related initiatives by developing scalable design templates and Canva assets, producing visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations and donor materials, ensuring brand consistency, documenting design assets, and translating complex data into accessible visuals while collaborating with communications teams and subject-matter experts.
