Develops corporate donor relationships, identifies funding opportunities, builds donor pipelines, and supports cultivation efforts. Drafts concept notes, proposals, budgets, and related materials; manages donor records and fundraising reports in Salesforce; coordinates with program and communications teams on donor-facing content, case studies, and outreach. The role requires strong fundraising or business development experience, proposal writing, communication, organization, and independent workflow management.

Supports financial management and administration for complex grants, including maintaining budgets and forecasts, tracking expenditures, monitoring contracts and sub-grants, processing partner invoices, and ensuring grant compliance. Coordinates event, conference, travel, visa, meeting, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational tracker activities. Collaborates with accounting, payments, HR, program teams, partners, and consultants while managing multiple deadlines and operational priorities.

Develop and maintain WRI Indonesia’s energy system modeling platform for transport and industrial decarbonization. Responsibilities include designing methodologies, processing and validating energy, transport, electricity, and geospatial data, running scenarios, assessing grid and renewable energy impacts, documenting reproducible workflows, managing modeling deliverables, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with researchers, government agencies, utilities, and private-sector partners.

Supports research and technical analysis on electric mobility, zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles, green logistics corridors, and transport decarbonization. Responsibilities include literature reviews, policy analysis, data collection, cleaning, visualization, modeling, technical reporting, presentations, project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder meeting support. The role also assists with procurement, workshops, travel planning, and monitoring project deliverables.

Supports community development and sustainable livelihood activities for agroforestry enterprises in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah. Responsibilities include facilitating capacity building, coordinating field logistics, conducting baseline assessments and monitoring, collecting project evidence, documenting KUPS progress, identifying market partnerships, and engaging local governments, civil society organizations, private-sector actors, and other stakeholders. The role requires frequent travel between villages and project sites and supports cooperatives, rural enterprises, ecotourism, and social forestry initiatives.

Supports research and implementation of electric mobility and freight decarbonization initiatives in Indonesia. Responsibilities include desk research, stakeholder interviews, mobility data analysis, policy and regulatory research, event support, strategy development, and preparation of reports and presentations. The intern will engage government and private-sector stakeholders, assist project activities, and contribute to transportation decarbonization efforts under the supervision of the Electric Mobility Program Lead.

Leads WRI Indonesia’s Clean Energy Supply pillar, providing strategic and technical direction across renewable energy procurement, grid flexibility, integrated resource planning, solar PV, battery storage, tariffs, and transport-power integration. Oversees research quality, project implementation, budgets, teams, consultants, stakeholder engagement, donor reporting, and partnerships with government, utilities, investors, businesses, and international WRI offices. Develops policy recommendations, technical guidance, research outputs, communications, and strategic collaborations supporting Indonesia’s clean energy transition.

Leads WRI Europe’s grants, contracts, subawards, procurement compliance, cost and pricing, donor financial reporting, and proposal budgeting functions. Manages a two-person team, oversees award administration and compliance risks, advises stakeholders on donor requirements and cost recovery, supports audits and due diligence, and drives process improvement, standardization, systems enhancement, training, and organizational change across a complex international funding portfolio.

Manages European accounting operations, including reconciliations, monthly and year-end close, journal entries, expenses, invoices, payments, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, audit support, compliance, ERP data quality, dashboards, and process improvements. Collaborates with global accounting teams and regional stakeholders across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, while supporting accounting system configuration and documentation.
