Own and optimize Workday Recruiting and Talent modules across global country offices. Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, dashboards, security, integrations, and release updates. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBPs, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Provide expert troubleshooting, training, documentation, and user support across multiple time zones while balancing global standards with local needs.

Supports grants and contract management through legal review, drafting, compliance analysis, due diligence, risk assessment, contract negotiation, document filing, and template development. Conducts legal research, monitors regulatory changes, and provides preliminary advice on corporate and operational matters under supervision. The role requires confidentiality, collaboration across departments, professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and occasional travel. It is a hybrid, fixed-term position based in Jakarta.

Lead WRI Africa's Energy Program by setting strategy, managing staff and a diverse portfolio, overseeing finances and M&E, directing research and digital products, cultivating partnerships and donors, and representing WRI in stakeholder engagements to accelerate equitable clean energy transitions across Africa.

Lead technical delivery of renewable energy project pipeline development and investment-readiness activities including feasibility, technical and financial due diligence, project structuring, blended finance advice, investor engagement, consultant coordination, and project management to advance bankability and financing outcomes across Indonesia.

Support political mobilization efforts for the High Ambition Coalition by tracking member progress on 30x30, monitoring RDM grantees, producing bilateral talking points, organizing high-level events (UNGA, COP17), maintaining tracking tools and partner mapping, and supporting development of annual workplans and engagement reporting. Report to the Senior Program Officer for Political Mobilization.

Conduct technical research and analysis on electric mobility, SSR policy, battery supply chains, and zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles; develop policy recommendations, knowledge products, and project deliverables; coordinate stakeholders, support project management, and contribute to outreach and reporting.

Support security operations by monitoring alerts, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities, assisting remediation, integrating cloud apps with enterprise security, maintaining IAM controls, producing security dashboards/scorecards/reports, documenting procedures, and supporting audits and risk assessments.

Lead evidence-based diplomatic outreach for the NDC Partnership by monitoring policy developments, producing strategic briefings and communications, supporting stakeholder engagement with governments, UN agencies and partners, and coordinating events and knowledge-management to amplify political traction for NDC implementation. Provide timely analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate across support unit teams.

Lead growth and implementation of watershed restoration projects in the Great Salt Lake Basin. Manage multi-stakeholder partnerships, coordinate project workstreams, advance conservation finance strategies, secure funding, draft proposals, represent WRI in collaboratives, and develop communications and reporting to scale watershed resilience.

Support HAC Secretariat political mobilization by drafting strategy documents, coordinating country and partner engagement, leading communications coordination, and co-organizing the Global 30x30 Summit. Manage outreach, regional meetings, logistics, and communications assets while collaborating with ISC members, WRI teams, and external stakeholders to maintain political momentum for the 30x30 target.

Develop, maintain, and improve WRI Indonesia's energy system modelling platform focused on transport and industrial decarbonization. Build modelling methodologies, process and integrate multi-source energy and geospatial data, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, validate outputs, produce technical reports and stakeholder-facing materials, and manage reproducible workflows and documentation.
