Lead CHAMP fundraising strategy and implementation, identify and cultivate donors, draft and submit proposals, coordinate partner fundraising, manage donor communications and database, and track fundraising progress using Asana and Salesforce.

Support the President & CEO and Executive Communications team by drafting and editing speeches, talking points, briefing notes, social content and presentations. Conduct research and synthesize complex climate and development topics into concise narratives, track speaking opportunities, and coordinate materials across WRI teams. Participate in meetings and contribute to thought leadership and communications projects.

Provide day-to-day communications execution for WRI Indonesia's Energy and Sustainable Business portfolio: implement communications plans, draft and publish content, manage social media, support event and media engagement, track communications pipeline and performance, and produce a final handover report for continuity.

Facilitate field-level engagement with Gayo coffee farmer groups and KUPS to strengthen governance, agroforestry practices, post-harvest quality, bookkeeping, market linkages, and financing readiness. Provide technical assistance, training, monitoring, documentation, and coordination with government and partners to support enterprise development and blended finance readiness across Bener Meriah and Aceh Tengah.

Support building Workday Adaptive Planning dashboards and related documentation; identify and document accounting process improvements; assist with daily accounting tasks including data validation and reconciliation; and dedicate time to academic or independent projects aligned with internship goals.

Support CHAMP communications by designing and managing social media campaigns, creating website content and case studies, producing visual summaries, and supporting event planning and partner coordination for COP31 and other milestone activities. Analyze communications impact and prepare project deliverables and final presentation.

Support WRI Europe's EU Desk by maintaining partner databases and funding pipeline trackers, preparing partner outreach and briefing materials, monitoring EU policy and funding, contributing to proposal support and knowledge management, and assisting with meeting coordination. The role emphasizes research, relationship management, institutional mapping, and turning funding intelligence into usable operational systems.

Support WRI Europe's Partnerships and Engagement team by organizing events and meetings, mapping and researching strategic partners, monitoring partnership activities, and assisting fundraising, concept note drafting, and visibility efforts to strengthen collaborations across European partners.

Lead strategic engagement with CHAMP endorsing countries and partners, design and deliver high-level convenings (annual High-Level Political Dialogue, regional meetings), track outcomes and insights, coordinate cross-team partnerships, manage project plans and deliverables using Asana, and provide briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders to advance multilevel climate action.

The Senior Project Associate will support communication strategies, manage content for events, create various communication products, and evaluate engagement metrics.
