Leads World Renew’s Bangladesh country strategy, operations, partnerships, donor relationships, funding, budgeting, human resources, administration, and program implementation. Represents the organization with governments, NGOs, churches, alliances, and donors while supervising national staff and volunteers. The role requires international management experience, community development or disaster response expertise, fundraising and grant oversight, and frequent travel within Bangladesh, including remote and high-risk areas.

Develops funding partnerships with foundations, trusts, corporations, and international development organizations. Leads grant prospecting, proposal development, donor communications, and funding strategies; coordinates cross-functional contributors and ensures application quality and deadlines. Provides results-based management support, including logic models, performance frameworks, indicators, training, and capacity building for regional and country teams. Requires occasional domestic and international travel, including at least one international trip annually.

Supports international disaster response communications by creating written and visual content, beneficiary stories, case studies, presentations, videos, infographics, situation reports, and social media materials. Coordinates communications plans, branding, website and social media updates, partner communications, funder reporting, and public engagement materials. Collaborates with humanitarian response teams, marketing, constituency relations, and external partners. Occasional travel is required.

Leads World Renew’s national Refugee Sponsorship and Resettlement Program, including strategic planning, Sponsorship Agreement Holder compliance, case oversight, policy development, partnerships, advocacy, public representation, staff supervision, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The role strengthens church and community sponsorship capacity, supports newcomer integration, monitors Canadian immigration policy, and collaborates across humanitarian portfolios and external stakeholders.
