Provide Level 1–2 technical support for Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, mobile devices, and business apps; manage assets and inventory; deliver user training and documentation; support global, remote, and low-bandwidth users; maintain ITSM ticketing, security practices, and contribute to service improvement and implementations.

Provide technical guidance on humanitarian standards, safeguarding, and accountability while facilitating cross-country learning and coordination.

Lead grant acquisition, management, compliance, reporting, and donor stewardship for Disaster Response Services. Manage proposal development, budgets, timelines, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure donor compliance and funding diversification.

Provide administrative and operational support for Disaster Response Services volunteer programs: coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding, data entry in Salesforce, reporting, communications, office reception, warehouse support, and partner coordination to ensure effective program delivery across North America.
