Supports safeguarding policy implementation across West Africa, strengthens complaints and feedback systems, advises country teams, develops training, handles sensitive complaints, supports investigations, maintains confidential records, and represents the organization in safeguarding networks. The role requires cross-cultural collaboration, survivor-centered practice, strong judgment, and travel to remote, fragile, and disaster-affected settings.

Develops and manages relationships with planned giving and legacy donors, builds a prospect pipeline, and secures planned gifts. Responsibilities include donor cultivation, campaign and educational content development, estate and professional partner coordination, CRM administration, strategic planning, reporting, and donor stewardship. The role requires fundraising expertise, strong communication skills, Salesforce or CRM proficiency, confidentiality, and approximately 20% travel.

Leads World Renew’s Bangladesh country strategy, operations, partnerships, donor relationships, funding, budgeting, human resources, administration, and program implementation. Represents the organization with governments, NGOs, churches, alliances, and donors while supervising national staff and volunteers. The role requires international management experience, community development or disaster response expertise, fundraising and grant oversight, and frequent travel within Bangladesh, including remote and high-risk areas.
