Provide Level 1–2 technical support for Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, mobile devices, and business apps; manage assets and inventory; deliver user training and documentation; support global, remote, and low-bandwidth users; maintain ITSM ticketing, security practices, and contribute to service improvement and implementations.

Coordinate implementation of safeguarding and complaints policies across Latin America, strengthen regional capacity through training and mentoring, manage complaints handling and investigations, support confidential recordkeeping and survivor-centered processes, represent the organization in safeguarding networks, and provide surge support during disasters.

Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned U.S. church partners, cultivating and stewarding congregations, growing partnership revenue, developing customized engagement strategies, coordinating internal teams, representing the organization at events, preparing proposals and stewardship reports, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Frequent travel (40-50%), occasional evenings/weekends, and cross-team collaboration required.
