Jobs at Workyard

Own strategy, discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption for one or more product lines. Run regular customer discovery, build prototypes, define success metrics, partner closely with engineers, own GTM collateral and pricing input, and measure adoption post-release to iterate.

Manage and grow Workyards top 150-200 high-MRR accounts, own renewals and expansions, act as executive advisor, identify churn risk and upsell opportunities, develop repeatable playbooks, mentor other account managers, and represent customer needs internally.

Lead marketing efforts to attract contractors to Workyard, enhance brand positioning, generate demand, and develop valuable customer relationships through community engagement and strategic partnerships.

Own paid acquisition across Google and Meta: plan and run campaigns, manage budgets and targeting, optimize landing pages, build creative tests, use AI for ideation, and report results to drive CAC, pipeline and ROAS targets while collaborating with growth, content, SEO and analytics.

Work on the Growth team to rapidly design, build and iterate front-end experiments that validate activation ideas. Implement MVP tests, instrument analytics, choose the shortest technical paths, prioritize experiments, and ship quickly within an autonomous pod.
