Own the full order-to-cash function, including invoicing and payment policy, credit decisions, collections, AR aging, customer holds, and outsourced collections management. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve aged receivables and automate credit, invoicing, PO matching, customer-portal delivery, cash application, and VMS billing workflows. Lead roadmap requirements, rollout, KPIs, and process improvements in a high-growth environment.

The Corporate Controller will build and lead the accounting function, overseeing full-cycle accounting, payroll, close, technical accounting, revenue recognition, treasury, tax compliance, audits, and investor reporting. The role includes leading an ERP migration, deploying AI automation, optimizing billing and collections, managing payment reconciliations, and developing onshore and offshore accounting teams. Strong expertise in ASC 606, ASC 718, multi-state payroll tax, fintech and SaaS accounting, and venture-backed technology companies is required.

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for flexible labor solutions across hospitality, catering, food service, venue, and event organizations. Prospect and close strategic accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, build accurate pipelines, develop account plans, communicate labor ROI, and collaborate on proposals and proofs of concept. Represent WorkWhile at industry events and executive meetings while exceeding quota and expanding strategic customer relationships.
