Evaluate technical requirements, approve or redirect nonstandard service requests, optimize provisioning processes, troubleshoot delays, and coordinate handoffs with customer success and internal teams. The role requires independent judgment, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, policy enforcement, and experience with enterprise CRM and SaaS workflows.

Supports Account Executives and Account Managers by positioning Wavelytics, an AI-powered analytics solution, throughout the sales cycle. Explains technical capabilities, competitive advantages, AI best practices, data protection, and security considerations to prospects and customers. Collaborates with product, engineering, and sales teams on messaging and playbooks, develops customer relationships, and supports or leads sales pursuits, testimonials, and case studies.

Maintain and optimize the Salesforce org by ensuring system health, data integrity, security, and governance. Design and drive automation with Flow and AI (Einstein), manage CPQ and Certinia-related revenue/PSA workflows, oversee integrations and release management, provide user support and training, and lead continuous improvement and seasonal upgrade activities in partnership with business stakeholders.
