Manage global SaaS implementation projects from scoping and statements of work through planning, execution, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, financial control, and closure. The role oversees enterprise and SMB deployments, protects project margins, coordinates international teams, maintains audit-ready documentation, and uses AI and automation to improve efficiency. Domestic travel of up to 25% is required for client meetings and project reviews.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing AI, predictive analytics, and SaaS data products. Partner with strategic clients, UX, data science, engineering, sales, and marketing to translate business needs into technical requirements, validate product hypotheses, and launch features that drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. Use SQL and data visualization tools to analyze data, communicate insights, and shape intuitive product experiences.

Manage strategic B2B SaaS customer portfolios by driving product adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Build success roadmaps, establish KPIs, monitor account health, mitigate renewal risks, lead executive business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate account strategies with Account and Renewal Managers. Use customer success platforms, risk protocols, and AI-enabled workflows to improve account outcomes.
