Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and chat to resolve product issues quickly. Escalate defects, assist with client setup and modifications, build knowledge base content, train junior reps, and support product testing while maintaining high CSAT and response time SLAs.

Lead global data operations for robotics: recruit and onboard high-volume video contributors, manage a lab with multi-camera wearable setups, ensure footage quality and compliance, run QA and reviewer teams, oversee compensation/payroll via Deel, reduce contributor churn, and support equipment verification and troubleshooting.

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise integrations connecting HR, payroll, and POS systems. Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for small and medium-sized US payroll clients during their first 60–90 days. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, process design, software setup, client training, expectation management, issue escalation, documentation, account tracking, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs. The role requires customer-facing SaaS implementation experience, US payroll expertise, strong communication, analytical skills, and basic spreadsheet or database proficiency.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives selling HR, payroll, and hiring technology to restaurant franchise organizations. Responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, deal coaching, sales-playbook development, onboarding and ramping new hires, recruiting, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in complex six-figure deals. The role is fully onsite five days per week and requires approximately quarterly travel to franchise conferences and industry events.

Partner with the CEO to scale Workstream by unifying product, GTM, finance, and people operations; build operating models, OKRs, governance, and organizational structure; remove bottlenecks; lead strategic and financial planning, board and investor relations; mentor executive team; and drive special initiatives and global expansion.

Record approved first-person videos of authentic physical workplace tasks using Workstream-provided camera equipment. Contributors must obtain workplace permission, follow safety, privacy, and quality guidelines, upload footage through the platform, maintain equipment, and respond to feedback. Eligible activities include inventory handling, cleaning, assembly, maintenance, construction, warehouse work, retail backroom tasks, and commercial kitchen operations. Payment is $3.50 per hour of approved footage submitted, as a project-based independent contractor.

Provide customer support and managed payroll services, including preparing payrolls, reviewing data, resolving discrepancies, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting accuracy and service goals. Use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate automated outputs, identify process-improvement opportunities, document workflows, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams on automation and customer experience improvements.

Build and operate production AI agents and agentic workflows for design customers. Map real-world workflows, integrate live data, create evaluation harnesses and human-review tooling, run shadow-mode testing, monitor and resolve incidents, and productize customer-specific solutions into reusable services. The role requires close customer collaboration, strong engineering judgment, auditable systems, and disciplined controls to prevent incorrect AI outputs from reaching users.

Serve as primary post-implementation contact for clients using Workstream Benefits and ACA systems. Drive adoption, support open enrollment, ensure ACA compliance, administer benefits setup and insurance deductions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate HRIS/benefits data.
