Lead employee programs focused on end-to-end onboarding, manager training, employee upskilling, and memorable employee experiences. Design and facilitate in-person and distributed programming, build onboarding curricula, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve cohorts based on feedback. Partner with leadership and managers to address capability gaps, support offsites, and use AI-forward no-code tools to automate content distribution and track ramp progress.

Owns People Operations infrastructure across payroll, benefits, compensation, HR compliance, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration. Partners with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, vendors, and managers to maintain accurate employee data, support compensation cycles, manage compliance, reconcile payroll, and build scalable processes and self-service resources for a growing distributed workforce.

Design and automate internal IT systems: own Okta identity infrastructure, manage macOS fleet via MDM, build Terraform infrastructure-as-code for identity and SaaS, automate onboarding/offboarding and license governance, escalate complex tier 2/3 issues with MSP partner, pilot new SaaS/AI tooling, and produce runbooks to reduce operational toil.
