Plan and execute Singapore events, build community partnerships, represent the brand locally, and manage event logistics and follow-up. Create engaging social media and short-form content, promote events and campaigns, manage email marketing automations, and support SaaS marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance, improve engagement, and collaborate effectively in a global remote environment.

Own and develop the real-time voice and language layer for a health-tech conversational product. Design, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy TTS and STT models; optimize low-latency inference, accuracy, robustness, scalability, and cost; investigate production bottlenecks; and collaborate with product, annotation, and infrastructure teams to move models from prototype to production.

Provides L2 production support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud CX, administering users, permissions, queues, skills, routing, IVR, and inbound/outbound contact center configurations. Investigates incidents using logs, traces, and platform data; troubleshoots networking and telephony technologies; manages resolution and documentation; and collaborates with international stakeholders. The role also contributes to integrations, APIs, automation, customer solutions, platform improvements, and emerging AI-enabled contact center capabilities.
