Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, drive account planning and proactive engagement, handle multi-country setups and executive stakeholders, monitor account health and retention metrics, coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations, and identify expansion opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and contribute to frontend features. Influence architecture and technical decisions, write well-tested code using TDD, troubleshoot production issues, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance SaaS solutions.
