Serve as the primary HR advisor for Nordic countries, managing employee lifecycle matters, compliance, HR queries, audits, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborate with clients, employees, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to deliver compliant, efficient HR services across multiple European jurisdictions.

Lead the migration from WordPress and Elementor to a Storyblok and Next.js headless architecture. Build and maintain reusable website components, templates, and design systems; own server-side tracking, GTM, data layers, conversion tracking, consent compliance, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and CRM integrations. Collaborate with marketing, design, demand generation, and agency partners to deliver and continuously improve the website.

Manage end-to-end global hiring operations for German-speaking clients: onboard employees, coordinate payroll and compliance, simplify complex processes, handle escalations, and improve operational frameworks across cross-functional teams.
