Manage global entity operations across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate maintenance, compliance filings, license renewals, KYC and UBO reporting, entity setup, provider management, audits, and documentation. Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal, and external partners to support compliant international expansion. Identify process improvements, resolve operational gaps, and contribute to strategic infrastructure projects in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Manage global entity operations, corporate maintenance, compliance obligations, license renewals, filings, audits, entity setup, and external provider relationships across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal, and international partners while maintaining accurate records and audit readiness. Support expansion and process-improvement projects, identify operational gaps, and develop scalable infrastructure and workflows for compliant global operations.

Manage accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple international entities. Prepare consolidated reports, reconcile accounts, submit VAT and tax declarations, maintain statutory compliance, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and local providers. The role also supports transfer pricing documentation, internal controls, process improvements, and collaboration across countries.
