Manage accounting operations for multiple international entities, prepare financial reports and group consolidations, reconcile accounts, and ensure VAT, tax, statutory, and transfer-pricing compliance. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and local accounting providers while supporting process improvements and internal controls. The role requires strong accounting expertise, multicurrency and intercompany transaction knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, analytical ability, and effective collaboration across global teams.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across Germany and Austria, using calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify prospects and book qualified demos. Manage target accounts, detect buying signals, map stakeholders, maintain HubSpot data, and support Account Executives. Track performance metrics, exceed meeting targets, collaborate with Marketing and sales leadership, and share market insights.
