Manage monthly payroll runs, validate pay elements, reconcile tax, benefits and pension accounts, resolve queries, oversee payroll journals, coach a payroll administrator, support insurance renewals, drive system upgrades and process improvements, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and data protection.

Manage arrears across a tenant portfolio for commercial, industrial and retail properties. Contact tenants, maintain tenant records, reconcile accounts, review bank downloads, produce arrears reports, and instruct collection agencies or legal action as authorized. Work closely with accounts and property management teams.

Lead and manage the full bid and tender lifecycle, improving proposal quality, commercial focus and win rates. Coordinate stakeholders, develop templates and collateral, maintain bid/content libraries (including Loopio), run post-submission reviews, and streamline BD processes across the firm.

Manage client accounting for commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios: prepare and review monthly/quarterly reports (including VAT & IPD), oversee cash and lease management, resolve client/tenant queries, lead and train junior accounting staff, ensure KPIs and procedures are met, and maintain strong client relationships.
