Conducts independent internal audits across the organisation, with a primary focus on ISO 27001/27002 and information security controls. Plans, executes, and reports on Cyber Essentials Plus, backup and restoration, physical security, ISO 9001, and other ISO audits. Performs compliance spot-checks, analyses client due diligence questionnaires, identifies control gaps, advises stakeholders, delivers training, and supports continuous improvement across UK and Paris offices.

Provides first-line employee relations support across the employee lifecycle, managing routine absence, attendance, probation, performance, and ER cases. Drafts HR correspondence, facilitates meetings, maintains case records, supports HR reporting and employee engagement initiatives, and assists with policy, HRIS, and process improvement projects. The role also provides administrative support to HR Business Partners and requires knowledge of UK employment law and confidential information handling.

Administer Construction Industry Scheme compliance across the Accounts Team by verifying subcontractor records, applying correct tax treatment, submitting monthly HMRC returns, preparing statements and reports, maintaining audit trails, and supporting audits. The role provides CIS and VAT Domestic Reverse Charge guidance, monitors legislative changes, improves processes, and collaborates with Finance, Property Management, Surveying teams, subcontractors, and HMRC. It is based in Swindon with occasional travel to Bristol.
