Administers the Construction Industry Scheme across the business, including subcontractor verification, CIS tax treatment, HMRC returns, deduction statements, audit trails, compliance reporting, and legislative updates. Provides technical guidance on CIS and VAT Domestic Reverse Charge requirements, collaborates with finance and property teams, supports audits, and improves processes. The role requires accuracy, organization, statutory deadline management, legislative interpretation, stakeholder communication, and strong Excel skills.

Manage sustainability delivery across commercial property client portfolios. Responsibilities include environmental data, reporting and compliance; energy, water and waste reduction strategies; social value, wellbeing, biodiversity and occupier initiatives; sustainable procurement; consultant and project management; client reporting and advice; training; ISO 14001 management and audits; and sustainability communications. The role also supports business development, legislative updates and ongoing sustainability service development.

Process monthly business rates installments and CHAPS payments for commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Manage shared inboxes, communicate with councils and property managers, resolve internal and external queries, and support the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator. Maintain accurate, timely processing against client and internal KPIs while developing knowledge of business rates, council tax, and BID levies.
