Manage end-to-end recruitment across property, real estate and support functions: partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, screen CVs, run interviews, manage ATS (Workable), coordinate offers/onboarding, maintain supplier relationships and support early careers initiatives while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Manage the Building Consultancy sales ledger, monitor aged debt, pursue outstanding invoices, resolve payment queries, produce aged debt reports, and support cash collection targets while liaising with partners, directors, and client finance teams.

Provide day-to-day paralegal support to the Head of Legal across property management, consultancy, sustainability and building technology matters. Manage incoming legal documents, conduct first-line contract and NDA reviews against templates, maintain trackers, registers and templates, coordinate negotiations and approvals, assist with document execution and filing, and support legal research and process improvements.
