Own technical and commercial relationships for a SaaS customer portfolio. Responsibilities include diagnosing software issues, investigating APIs and data flows, documenting defects, correcting configurations, leading onboarding and integrations, and partnering with engineering and product. The role also manages renewals, negotiations, retention, upsells, cross-sells, forecasting, and customer health. This is a hybrid position requiring three days weekly in the San Diego office.

Leads technical onboarding for SaaS customers, including account configuration, data migrations, integrations, API and webhook troubleshooting, workflow design, training, and go-live readiness. Owns technical issue diagnosis, defect documentation, customer milestones, HyperCare, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Manages multiple concurrent implementations while ensuring accurate data, strong adoption, and smooth customer handoffs.

Designs, improves, and maintains cloud infrastructure as part of the infrastructure team. Collaborates with R&D on infrastructure features, enhances system observability and performance, and manages projects from conception through completion. Requires production Kubernetes experience, cloud provider expertise, Linux administration, infrastructure-as-code skills, and strong scripting ability.
