About the roll:
We are looking for a smart, hands-on CPA with a Big 4 background who already uses AI in their day-to-day work and wants to take real ownership early in their career. You are a team player with a passion to succeed, a proactive mentality and strong analytical skills.
We value professionalism, ownership, and teamwork, and are constantly looking for new ways to make processes more efficient and scalable.
So, what will you be doing all day?- Participate in the month-end close for our Israeli and US entities - review the bookkeeping in NetSuite, accruals and reconciliations, handle intercompany and FX, and run the monthly budget vs. actual analysis.
- Lead finance automation and AI projects - apply AI tools and automation to cut manual work in reconciliations and reporting, question existing practices and suggest practical solutions that build the next generation of our finance processes.
- Own day-to-day revenue recognition under ASC 606 for our subscription, usage-based and payments revenue - deferred revenue, the reconciliation of billing data to the books and accurate top-line reporting.
- Take part in the annual audit and financial statements process for both entities - work directly with our external auditors, supporting schedules and open questions, and review the consolidated financial statements for accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
- Manage Israeli and US tax compliance with our tax advisors - VAT, withholding tax and National Insurance in Israel, sales tax and 1099 reporting in the US, and the annual returns.
- 1-3 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with a Big 4 audit background - a must
- Israeli CPA (or in the final stages of licensing)
- High proficiency in building AI-based automations for day-to-day operations
- Smart and a quick learner, with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP
- Native-level English (spoken and written) and fluent Hebrew
- Proactive mentality, strong deadline management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills

Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience as a Controller in the high-tech industry, preferably SaaS or Fintech
- CPA qualification with Big Four accounting firm experience
- Native-level spoken and written English
- Fluent Hebrew
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and deadline-management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Experience with NetSuite, Stripe, or HubSpot
- Financial services or fintech industry experience
