As a Forward-Deployed Software Engineer at Workhelix, you'll solve data and engineering challenges for enterprise clients by building scalable solutions, writing production-grade code, and ensuring seamless software integration in diverse environments. You'll collaborate with client teams, navigate legacy systems, and implement technical solutions effectively.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for data-intensive GenAI and experimentation features. Partner with engineering, data science, and customers to translate statistical models into intuitive dashboards and metrics, drive execution, prioritize investments, and ensure measurable ROI and adoption for enterprise customers.

Triage and resolve customer bugs in staging and production, build and maintain full‑stack features (Python/FastAPI, Postgres, React), design scalable automated test suites, improve CI pipelines, and ensure product quality and reliability as the company scales.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales in a greenfield territory to grow ARR from $1M to $10M+. Prospect, close multi-million dollar deals, expand accounts, engage CTOs/IT leaders, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and build long-term enterprise relationships.
