Own Workhelix’s analytical engine end to end, including customer data integration, ETL, data modeling, AI opportunity assessments, predictive analyses, visualizations, and production deployment. Build Python and SQL systems running in cloud infrastructure, develop customer-specific analyses, create internal analytical tools, and shape the data science roadmap. Partner with engineers, strategists, executives, and customers while setting standards for analytical rigor and translating research into practical business decisions.

Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn for Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts. Research prospects, build outreach cadences, maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and Attio, qualify meetings, and provide strong handoffs to Account Executives. Partner with Marketing, handle objections, track conversion metrics, and help create the company’s first BDR playbook.

Design, build, and ship production-grade SaaS features across a Python (FastAPI), React, and Postgres stack. Own technical delivery, contribute architecture and code reviews, improve testing/observability/deployment, collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science, reduce technical debt, and help hire and mentor engineers.
