Lead and scale the Professional Services organization for Workforce Management implementations. Act as a player-coach delivering strategic customer projects, build processes and teams, manage end-to-end project delivery and governance, drive customer success and commercial growth, and establish quality and continuous improvement practices.

The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between the company and customers, diagnosing technical issues and enhancing customer support processes.

Lead QA for WorkforceOptimizer: develop deep product knowledge, convert requirements into test plans and automated test suites (Selenium), execute functional/regression/load/system and API testing, document defects and recommend enhancements, define QA practices/metrics within Agile Scrum, and mentor junior QA engineers.
