Sell occupational healthcare service solutions across the full sales cycle. Build pipeline, manage RFPs/proposals, negotiate contracts, meet quota, partner with marketing and operations, and transition closed accounts to account management.

Manage systems, reporting, and financial analysis linking sales pipeline to recognized revenue. Own recurring revenue and pipeline reports, maintain financial models and Salesforce data hygiene, support forecasting, build dashboards, evaluate tools and automation, document processes, and develop post-sale analytics over time.

Review occupational health records, lab results, exams and questionnaires to determine work clearance; coordinate case management, return-to-work, leave/accommodation processes, and stakeholder communication; escalate to physicians as needed and maintain compliance with regulations and client policies.

Leads workplace wellness programs through onsite and virtual education, wellness challenges, screenings, behavior-change support, ergonomic assessments, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinates scheduling, travel, client relationships, and program administration. Tracks participation and outcomes, analyzes trends, prepares stakeholder reports, and recommends improvements. Maintains confidentiality and follows workplace health, safety, privacy, OSHA, and HIPAA-aligned practices while referring employees to appropriate clinical or community resources when needed.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver onsite and virtual workplace wellness programs; perform non‑diagnostic fitness assessments including EKG‑monitored treadmill testing; track engagement and reporting; provide education, referrals, and program improvements; ensure compliance with privacy and safety standards; collaborate with regional teams and support program administration and client onboarding.

Perform recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reporting, analyze revenue/costs/margins and KPIs, support monthly close and variance analysis, maintain data integrity, automate reports, and provide stakeholders timely financial insights to inform decisions.
