Lead and scale Workato's ANZ sales organization from Sydney; own GTM strategy, coach and manage Enterprise and Commercial AEs, recruit and develop talent, drive partner alignment and revenue growth across the region.

Lead customer engagements as a technical architect for Workato integrations and automations. Design architectures, run requirements sessions, advise on testing, production readiness, post-live optimizations, and provide knowledge transfer. Evangelize Workato and MCP-based patterns, advise on AI/agentic automation adoption and change management, and produce thought leadership and enablement content.

The Senior Backend Developer will build Ruby on Rails services, research Slack & MS Teams ecosystems, and support continuous improvement within the Workato platform.
