Outbound Sales Development Representative responsible for building pipeline and booking meetings with target-account executives via email, social selling, and cold calls. Support commercial AEs, follow activity guidelines, collaborate with team, and use sales tools and enablement to meet monthly goals. Hybrid role based in Denver or Palo Alto.

Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities via cold calls and email, set meetings for the sales team, collaborate with marketing and customer success, consult existing customers on use cases, and meet agreed sales targets while continuously improving through feedback.

Lead engineering governance and oversight for Workato's AI Apps BU programs, managing top enterprise accounts and early access product releases. Own program charters, OKRs, roadmaps, governance frameworks, risk and dependency management, architecture review checkpoints, executive reporting, and program-level metrics. Coordinate cross-functional planning with TECS and Product & Engineering, enforce delivery standards, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops into product engineering.
